I worked for Chris Holt (owner) of C&H Enterprises for approx 16 month,never missing a day of work other than my son"s graduation and daughter wedding. I was injured on the job while working for Chris and at no time did he ever report a claim or even inform me that he had workers comp insurance. For approx 8 months i continued to work suffering almost every day until i couldnt perform my duties anymore........To this day Chris hasnt even given me phone call.
