I recommend you do your due diligence when working with these guys. They delayed my project by 5 weeks (which is ok, I'm patient). At the end of it, I asked for an itemized receipt - they refused to provide one. Not sure why they can't provide it - but I needed it for reimbursement purposes. They told me I'd need to go ask "Buffalo Roofing" for a receipt. Buffalo Roofing? Evidently, they're the ones who actually did my roof. Thanks for outsourcing the work guys. I paid for this deal cash out of my pocket because I didn't want to wait, and paid my invoice in full within two days of receiving it. I believe in treating people well...and that's the frustrating thing about dealing with these guys. They ask me to wait - wait - wait - and then, farm my job out, and when I ask them for an itemized receipt, they tell me to go fly a kite. I'm a repeat customer by the way, have spent over $20,000 with this company. Not happy with these folks.
