I thought I was hiring a good metal roofing person[at your recommendation] mason was the persons name, roof is about 12yrs old now,about 7 yrs ago I noticed a leak running down the electrical entrance pole and water dripping out the soffit, climbing up on the roof I noticed some of the screws were loose, the electrical entrance pole had been SILICONED alone with a 6" split to get the metal around the pipe[ NO BOOT IN OTHER WORDS] same thing on the plumbing vent. when they installed the roof they also put down 1x4 and styrofoam insulation, the roof had leaked long enough that the 1x4 were rotted thats was the answer for the loose screws also the decking is shot around the electrical enterance pole. I called you about 2yrs ago and explanded what happen and way. I was tolded not your fault that it was the installers,[PASS THE BUCK] so I called the installer expland the story to him, he told me he would be in my area in about a week and a half,so guess what I'am still waiting. I resealed everthing for now, but its just the ideal at I payed you 5700.00 dollars, if these professional as you called them or they call themselfs should have told me to call cleco to remove the line and put boots on the pipes after ya'll sent the guy out to measure the roof and see what was needed for the job. so the recommendation from me are not in your favor.
