I have been sexually harassed by the two Hispanic male employees in their late 40s at the business , while walking to the rest stop and now regularly at my home. I reported it to Louise and her response was "I don't believe you." I guess because she is an older woman and they don't do it to her she doesn't care that they're doing it to me which frankly makes this company liable for a lawsuit. I contacted the company directly at their email address and was ignored so it's become obvious that they don't care about harassment laws. So far its involved prolonged staring at my private parts, smirking and laughing when I give them a dirty look while they're doing it and it's escalated to them stalking me at my home, slowing down to an almost complete stop in the company white truck trailing an ammonia tank and leering intensely like a predator at me while I use my front yard. Hopefully the company grows a conscience and hires people who don't behave like predators at work because this is going to wind up in a lawsuit or criminal charges against their immature and predatory employees. If you are female I'd skip this stop. Not a female friendly environment.
