Several years ago, these guys towed our car incorrectly causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. Despite the passage of several years, numerous attempts to contact them and a court judgement in our favor, they have refused to pay the bulk of the judgement or even discuss the matter. On their website they say they treat customers and debtors with respect, and present themselves as if respect, integrity and professionalism were core values of their operation. Until this matter is resolved, I will know that is just a gimmick. Those claims are nothing but insincere sales copy. I feel it to be my obligation to let others know as well. Looking for "constructive criticism"? How about paying people fairly for the damages you've caused them?
