This company is a joke, they don't care about their customers, only money. I took 3 different loads of clothes there 3 different time. Due to a flood, and told them exactly what & how many pieces I had. I was told by the owner the 1st time I took the clothes, I said I had 57 shirts. He said if you have 56, we will not clean them if you have more than 56, we'll clean them. I laughed, my son was with me and said the owner was being a smart a-- to me. So I picked the clothes up had 57. Took the 2nd load and picked up exactly what I dropped off. The 3rd load I was missing a $ 200.00 pair of miss me jeans and they denied, I caught the laundry girl on a lie and the owner did not have the decent repect to talk to me his self, he was negative on the phone and hateful. He said hes' been doing this business for 40 years and never lost nothing, yea right, in your dreams. His company and the way he treats a problem is shotty and worthless. Never take your clothes there. If you don't pay attention, you'll miss expensive clothes and they will lie to you and dis-respect you. I'll never do business with that company again. And, I hope someone from the Falcons' complex reads this and not go back.
