Summit View Less than Luxury Apts. - 1930 E Bijou St. Managed by Dunmire Property Management. This is a follow-up review of Summit View "Luxury" Apartments. If you are considering moving to this apartment, summit view, Or if you are considering hiring Dunmire to manage your property, Without letting emotion pollute this review you should read this. I can honestly say this is the worst kept Apartments I have seen. There is still issues security of the building, the aesthetics of the property is consistent with slum lord, or uncaring owners. The washing machine area is atrocious and I would be wary of washing anything in those machines. The hallways are disgusting, never vacuumed or maintained and frequently you can see homeless folks and folks that don't belong there roaming the halls using electric plugs to charge phones among other things. The safety of residents is questionable at best, don't let your wife or kids roam around there unattended. The so called closed circuit camera system probably hasn't worked in years and if they do management chooses not to enforce anything. This so called Dunmire Property Management http://www.dunmire.net has an absentee manager who appears to have her hands tied when it comes to upkeep, or doesn't have personal pride in her work because I certainly would be embarrassed to be associated with this property in it's present condition. So although the rents are low (in comparison) this place lives FAR from its name, in fact it's borderline slum conditions. Don't believe me? PLEASE take a drive by and see for yourself.
