Their drivers are very rude and use abusive language. When you try to apologize to a person for pulling out in front of them in the snow (and you get a little stuck) they feel the need to give you the finger, tell you to f... off even when I stepped out to personally apologize for it. Great way to spread the holiday cheer. People like yourself (the driver and you know who you are) don’t deserve a job to provide to the community and is an awful representation of the company!!!! I hope people see this and realize being rude to people and cursing them off doesn’t make this time of the year and easier. I hope the driver is spoken to about this and we do not have this encounter again because it will not be fun!
