I was experiencing blurred vision from having recently developed Type 2 Diabetes. I was in immediate search of an eye doctor near me and googled this place and went in person since I was in the area. I was greeted by the Doctor in a relatively cold fashion and told that I should wait for my sugars to stabilize, however I am having serious vision problems NOW. He begrudgingly obliged my request for an exam. In the meantime, his receptionist arrived to take my form and insurance and was even more rude than the Doctor, as if it were even possible. She let me know I would have to wait for an appointment that was ahead of me. In the meantime I called another place a friend had referred -got an appointment and left without being seen. The manner in which I was received and treated immediately let me know that this place was not welcoming at all and I would rather take my business elsewhere. Shameful that a healthcare provider would make a potential patient feel that unwelcome.

Although Dr. Todd is very great. the glasses are a little pricey...but hey you get what you pay for. My major concern is that the receptionist is a total witch. She is so nasty and belittling, that I have decided to go elsewhere. Not good for business
