Unfortunately our experience with their realtors was not helpful. We used their Management on a rental for about 3 yrs. When we decided to sell we of course honored our contract to use them. The agent put the sale price way too high for tge neighborhood which we did point out After a month my husband went up ( we live 3 hrs away ) and there were some repairs and the yard needed clean up. So..we trusted them to take care of those things and the price was lowered at that time. Here we are 3 mo. Later...no offers so we had another realtor go in to see what was going on. Well.. The repairs were never done and the front door was ruined along with the stove was disgusting! The house never should have been shown in that condition!! When we called to point the issues out ,they would say they would take care of it but obviously we would find out they did not. We immediately canceled our contract with them! Beware and check up on them before you sign up!! Very disappointing! There kept our cleaning deposit too! Now we have to spend extra $$$ to fix it up and put on the market again!! Mary Lynn should not be so trusting of her in law agents.

I have been treated unbelievably well by Mary Lynn and her entire staff. I can say I'm very satisfied with how things have gone and the process has not been very stressful on my part due to how hard they work. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
