We had them do new house construction with plumbing and they installed a whirlpool tub with a dent in it, when we were not at the job site. They refused to replace it. They did not check the jets, as there was leaking water going down stairs, and they did not seal the drain very well either. We called them many times, and they would not return calls, nor did they return the call from our bank who also made a call. The receptionist was rude and did not care. We have had to hire another plumbing company to fix some things, yet the tub needs to be reserviced, which is expensive. They would not give us a lien waiver until they got paid, so that says alot there about poor service all around. There was alot of black mold on the floor around the tub, which had to be taken care of too.
