bull put siding, a new roof, and a roof over an existing deck. the roof over the deck leaked from the first significant rainfall til the fall from summer of 2006. he tried various things in the beginning but could not find the problem. as his patience as well as mine began to wear he agreed to have a third party come in to review the problem. cooper kept saying the leak was at the chimney, but the third party(a local roofer with 30 plus years experience) said that was not the cause. copper did come back and try to fix the leak but then put the old siding back on the house, dents and all. another call and he finally agreed to put new siding up. during this time he told my wife to shut up, used the foulest of language to her. a chimney separates the rear of the house and the new siding was not level with the existing, a black strip was halfway across the bottom, he was "not going to spend another penny on us" was his comment. i hired another local contractor to repair the siding and other issues that were not done properly. there was a vent at the roof top that cooper didn't put back properly and water was running down the inside of the siding.my bill to have it fixed was $888.56. why would i recommend him?
