I have had a bad experiance multible times at this hair studio. The appointments are always over booked the Lalo tries to push you off on other people in his studio is not at the same level as him. They all seem to be beginers. The color was splochy and my roots were missed in multible places. The hair cut was so bad by the person he put me with that Lalo came and recut it dry. It was not at all what I had asked for to begin with. I called and asked for a refund and was told they would touch up the color but will not refund any money. I would NOT recommend this hair studio.
