They said the tech would phone me 30 minutes before he came. I never heard from him. When the time-slot came and went, I called the office. After altering plans to be here for their appointment, they never showed up. They were canceling because I was out of their service area even though their website clearly says they service this area. I'm in Sugarmill Woods! Not some out-of-the-way rural area. They had all of my contact info and never bothered to call. I wasted a day's pay on these idiots.
