DTCI, Desktop Consulting, Inc, are Technology Experts, serving small businesses in the Roaring Fork Valley with our IT services for more than 25 years DTCI are Technology Experts, serving small businesses in the Roaring Fork Valley with our IT services for more than 25 years. Our work with our clients has allowed them to optimize their business technology and allocate the right amount of resources to their IT infrastructure to produce stronger overall strategic business results. At DTCI, we know first-hand how critical technology is to the success of any company, big or small. Our Mission at DTCI is to provide clients with the kind of top level service we’d provide our own families. While other IT companies claim to be customer support specialists offering superior service, DTCI has actually gone to great lengths to adopt the client-minded culture we live by every day. Our goal is to educate clients on the choices they have to maintain, secure and enhance their technology for the purpose of improving their business environment by maintaining employee productivity through effective technology. DTCI whole-heartedly believes that the customer is always right, but sometimes requires a little guidance when it comes to expressing their precise needs. We spend a lot of time getting to know clients and educating them to establish a framework that supports the actual needs of your company versus what you think you may need, because the solutions you are asking for may not always be the best options for your desired outcome. DTCI helps simplify your needs and streamline your processes to give you the right results for your unique industry.
