DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Their contract is a SCAM, they make it extremely difficult to cancel. Customer service is practically INVISIBLE! I signed up for ONE MONTH of tanning in April 2012 and received a COLLECTIONS letter for $ 212.37 in late August 2012. With NO OTHER contact from them. I have made MANY calls trying to resolve this with no return calls. One teenage staff member lectured me about my contract and what it means, but said she would be fired if she gave out manager contact information! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TURN YOU OVER TO COLLECTION AGENCY WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO TELL YOU ANYTHING IS WRONG !!! The owner will not return any calls or talk with you about the problem! When asked why they didn't contact me, I was told we don't have time to call people and tell them to pay there bills. I would have paid it if I knew there was a bill! I haven't tanned here since 2014 didn't think anything of it until I got a letter from a collections agency. I don't know how this man sleeps at night. I couldn't knowing how I was doing so many innocent people wrong! I dread to see this mans karma! I believe you can't get away with doing wrong forever!
