I purchased a water system in March. it made terrible noises.
I contacted Bob's Water System and he came out 2 times to "repair" the problem.
t continued to make the noise. It sounds like a jet is taking off in my kitchen anytime water is run anywhere in the house.
i contacted him and asked for a replacement.
No response--I have called 2 additional times and came get no return phone call.
Terrible customer service and now I am stuck with this noise.
VERY disappointed.
I will be filing complaints with both EcoWater System and the BBB
