12/30/12: I have 2 children in the Titans program -- one football player, one cheerleader -- who had pictures taken by your company, and I ordered packages and add'l items for both. There are numerous families with 3 or more kids in the program, who have also invested trust and money in TSS with no results and one lie after another on what to expect. It is unconscionable that your company has kept our program in the dark for so long about what has happened with our photos. The posting on the Titans' Facebook page is too little, too late. Personally my purchases were items that I wanted to wear/display at games & competitions. Our games ended almost TWO MONTHS ago. Then I decided I would give them as gifts. The holidays are over. While I don't believe I'll ever see my refund or my photos, I do believe you need to be aware of how fully your company has disappointed this league, and me as a parent, who paid for your photos in good faith as mementos of my kids' participation, and possibly to embarrass them when they are famous. My grandson has played for the NC Titans for 3 years and I have purchased football pictures each year. This year has been the worse experience. The pictures were taken in September and the money withdrawn from my account on September 11, 2012. To date we have not received our pictures or refunds like we have been told we were receiving. This is not how a business should be run. Follow thru with your promises or don't make them.

I think this business should be out of business! We have been waiting on football pictures for over 4 months and keep getting nothing but excuses as to why we have not received them. This is my son's first year in the program and we have NO pictures which, mind you, have ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR! Several times we were told pictures were sent as well as refunds for our inconvenience. NO ONE has received anything. The refund percent keeps changing, the status keeps changing, etc. This is VERY poor business practice and I sincerely hope a different company is chosen for pictures next year. This company will lose a lot of business because of the lies and well they should! Absolutely UNACCAPETABLE!
