Psychotherapy Private Practice started in 1982. Specializations in Stress Management, Relationships, Life Transitions, Depression and Rape Trauma. My experience as a psychotherapist in private practice has been combined with being a former adjunct professor at Catholic University as well as being a communications specialist in training Fortune 500 companies in dealing with stress, work/life balance and conflict. From this diversity of experience, I've seen enormous resiliency in people. While people sometimes feel in crisis when initially contacting a therapist, it is also a time of courageous opportunity to mobilize for successful results. I enjoy facilitating this dynamic healing process. After 30 years of experience, I am particularly effective with highly verbal individuals and couples who don't want their words to interfere with finding solutions for improving their lives.
