DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. Mattress arrived defective. Firm on one side, however a sink hole on opposite side. Called -talked to Allison- she said this happens a small %. Called mgr. Drew (Mt. Pleasant-Town Center) said a fee of $79.99 for pickup of this defective mattress. Then dropped fee to $39.99. Never did he apologize. All he could say was store policy. NOW I'M WAITING FOR THE DRISTRICT MANAGER TO CALL ME. Dora Obryan,Victim
