Bless his heart, Mike strives to please and goes the extra mile, but the man couldn't make hurka. He's not Hungarian. The old country way is to use organ meats, head meat and fat. Mike put in top quality, select pieces of pork. He's just that kind of guy! I'd recommend his shop to anyone that asks. It's a clean, well run business and the meats are quality.
