The staff was very helpful and pleasant but they are out of network and I had to pay everything out of pocket and am not going to get reimbursed from my insurance. I think maybe the solution they gave me for a TMJ like issue helped somewhat but not enough. It ended up being VERY expensive ( thousands of dollars) and did not help enough to warrant the HUGE price tag... lesson learned... don't go out of network EVER.

Horrible experience. If they will steal money from a young college grad they will steal anyones. I told them specifically that I had a limit to spend, and I did not want to go over that limit since I am a student in college. They said "Okay, thats fine we understand, don't worry." They are fools at this place. The two secretaries are complete idiots. Be careful, do not waste your money or time here!! Trust me! I finally was recommend to a different dentistry, and wanted to get my x-rays sent over to my new dentist, well at Grussenmeyers office they called and said they wouldn't send over my x-rays because I had an outstanding balance. I thought that's impossible because I specifically told them about my limit. Long behold they charged me full, which was a couple hundred!! and I didn't find out until I called about my x-rays. There people are very sneaky and money stealers!! The money goes right into there pockets. I want everyone to beware because your word means nothing and you'll just be sent to collections.
