Mike ran a project for me that dated back to 2020, I was given an upfront price of what that job would cost and I paid it in full. And listen I know things don't go according to plan always, but I assumed that kind of margin of error was calculated into his fees. Not only was I hit with more and more bills as the process proceeded but his office became more and more lax with their communication with me. So much so that they let a permit lapse by almost a year and when the paperwork finally came into my lap it cost me triple the renewal fees. When I brought this to my attention, Mike had no remorse, no accountability and threatened me with further bills of his own for time he "gave me out of the goodness of his heart". I may need to pursue this in small claims court at this point but just want it put out there that although decent on their physical product of designs, the follow through, the communication, the accountability and the consistency aren't there. And that's something I desperately need if I'm spending tens of thousands on a project. I'd highly consider anyone else.
