My aunt, age 86, was treated in a very unprofessional manner by one of the owners, Paul Humphries. We reached out to Promotions Physical Therapy to discuss the situation and Paul Humphries refused to speak with us. It is disappointing that a local business in a small community like Minooka would mistreat their clients, especially an elderly woman.
