The owner or head guy at this place is extremely rude. My husband ended up in the hospital and has not been able to work although we try to keep payments up and have paid late, this person does not care. This place is not for working with people in times that are hard. I could see if was making no effort at all, we only have monthly income at the time and are robbing peter to pay paul. This man had me crying before all was over and done with. I would never recommend them to anyone ever..not if you are struggling to make ends meet. we fight to keep the car because we have no choice but never again will I buy from here. Check out Steel Auto they are good people and will work with you if you work with them...They wont make you feel worthless!!
