I have been searching for a part for my Canon 420EX flask – The little red sensor window tab broke, and would not stay in place. I scoured the web, and nobody had it!! Then I found Archinal Camera Repair, located in Richardson Texas – A family run business since 1952.. I called, and the owner spent several minutes on the phone with me looking through his spare part bins and found one. I hurried over to the store today, only to find out it was indeed the wrong part. Robert looked at my flash, took it over to his bench and simply glued the plate back on for me, with a rubber band to hold it in place until the glue dried at NO CHARGE!! It is very refreshing to find a store owner who is more interested in satisfying customers, versus running his credit card machine. I had to let everyone know how rare this kind of a find really is.
