I stopped in on January 11, 2013 to ask a couple of questions concerning 3 rolls of tape I had from the mid 1930's. Questions such as can they let me know if there is anything on the roll and if so, could I have a price on what it would be to transfer the rolls to dvd. I had no idea how many feet where there. Well, you would have thought I was trying to take this guy's kidney. I am told it was the owner who I was dealing with. He told me it was such this per foot. I proceeded to ask him that I do not know how many feet are here and is it possib......well, he did not want to hear it. He was EXTREMELY RUDE and then told me to go somewhere else, that he wasn't going to take my business. I have NEVER dealt with someone such as the owner of this business. Absolutely uncalled for. I did nothing to provoke this man's horrible attitude. I am extremely suprised he is in business today with the way he treats customers. I urge anyone to go to Eckert photography down the street in Clarence. MUCH BETTER treatment from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOW MEMORIES!!!
