This is NOT a reputable company nor dependable. They have more excuses for not picking up the trash than Carter had liver pills. I am not trying to be funny; I am serious. I pay for my service at least 6 months in advance and have paid for a year in the past until this year. They promise to pick your trash up on a day but I have had to take it to the dump myself and pay a 3.00 fee and I have already paid for them to pick it up. When you try to call the voicemail is always full and no one answers the phone. I would like a refund for what service I have paid for but you can't get a person to help you to find out anything. POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Trash company sucks..never on time and trucks are always broken. You may be waiting two weeks before your trash is picked up due to "truck problems"! Buyer beware this company should close its doors ASAP! Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone as well...that never happens and voice mail box is ALWAYS full!!!!
