In 1946, T. J. Rentenbach established our firm in Knoxville, Tennessee, after serving for many years in a leadership role with the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Rentenbach's vision for our firm was to blend the integrity and competence of the professional engineer with the proficiency and talent of the skilled craftsman. From the very early years of the firm, Mr. Rentenbach stressed the importance of high quality and timely performance in the work bearing his name.
