CMC Properties develops, owns and operates residential, retail and commercial property throughout Greater Cincinnati and the Midwest. CMC Properties began in the mid-1960's, in the apartment development business. While CMC's roots are in residential development, in time we began building a unique office product which users have dubbed "The Perfect Small Office." In 2002, CMC was honored by the Better Business Bureau with its First Annual International Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. This award is in recognition of our ethical practices toward, and treatment of, our employees, vendors and customers. From our headquarters in Cincinnati, the business is expanding as it recognizes that growth is an essential component to achieve success and motivate employees, as well as to satisfy its longstanding entrepreneurial urge to build something worthwhile.
