Tim Corrigan, owner of Corrigan Lawn Service and his crew worked in our yard from June 2011 to March 2012. We paid him $200 a month to mow, weed eat, edge, weed control in the beds and it was specified he was to pick up the acorns in the fall. He also did some irrigation for us and weed and feed applications each quarter. When he disappeared my lawn was a mess from them scalping my grass to blow the acorns into my front bed, and from blowing the acorns behind my house – I don’t know if they thought I wouldn’t see them back there or what. I repeatedly asked him to get the acorns up and even though he was charging my cc each month, even during the winter months when he wasn’t doing anything, the acorns remained. When spring came I literally had multiple thousands of oak trees all over my yard esp in the front bed and moss garden where they tried to blow them all. He said he would send someone over to pull them out – (now that they have a 6” tap root). He never did. He disappeared. I tried to reach him and he never returned my calls. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The installation of the irrigation was sub-standard, the weed and feed application was sub-standard if it was done at all. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone unless all they have is a field that they don’t really care about to be mowed.
