I lost my house key off my keyring and the backup key didn't work. Nothing like trying to break into your own house, in a dress, in the dark, with a flashlight without success...I finally broke down and started making the calls. Scott Cheatham was the ONLY one out of 8 locksmiths, advertising EMERGENCY service, that answered my call. WOOHOO for Scott!!! Not only did he answer the call personally but said that he would be there in approximately 20 minutes. It was a huge relief to see Scott pull in my driveway 20 minutes later! Now that is customer service and that is why I sat down and wrote this before it slipped my mind. This guy rocks!
