We install a 3 in. fine dense driveway binder that will outlast our competition. After compaction, this driveway binder creates 2.5 in. to 2.75 in. of compacted material, compared to our competitors who have 1.5 in. He has been formally educated in small business management and in the operation of heavy equipment and hydraulics. As an operations manager and equipment operator for his father’s company, Tandoi Paving Co., Michael developed skills which have made him a successful business leader.
