I had a leak in my irrigation system which had six stations with a timer panel. I had dug just deep enough to view the coupling joint with the leak. I shared that information and sent photos. They sent two unskilled workers, one could not speak English and the other spoke only limited words. They continued to dig the hole deeper without caution for cable, and cut it. They tried to blame me to cover themselves. They refused to come out and rewire the system. Further, one cut a large hole in a decorative hedge. It has lowered the home value and expensive to restore. I am a retired builder and designed and built my home. I've dealt all my career with subcontractors. VACA LANDSCAPE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Note that Vaca does not permit customers to post reviews on their web site. The three that are posted are "cherry picked" and none identify what business interests they represent. Unethical and unprofessional. You can do better elsewhere. If "Bob A" believes Vaca Landscape is so "reliable" Vaca would allow actual customers to post reviews on the Vaca web site!!!! There is a reason Bob A. Vaca doesn't want actual customers to post their experiences. I've posted actual photos of their incompetent work at my home.
