I have a long list of grievances against this "company". Not going to list every occurrence but in general, they keep twisting facts and reality to fit their agenda, tell me one thing on the phone but do completely opposite, they let the other party violate the court order and they themselves violate it too. They talk smooth on the phone with ya to gain your trust and then later use it against you. Choose someone else, folks, there are plenty of decent visitation companies out there who take their job seriously.

They indicate that they endeavor to bring honesty and integrity to every situation. My experience was completely opposite. Several times caught their supervisors red-handed for not doing their job and violating visitation conditions, and instead of apologizing and correcting their behavior, they denied the wrongdoing and badmouthed me in their report, even after facing the evidence. What a joke!

One star it is. But they don't deserve any, in my opinion. Folks, if you are looking for someone objective and professional, look some place else.

They "doctored" their visitation reports in favor of the other parent several times, even after I showed proof, they would not change them. One of their "professional" supervisors, S-xxx-a, is consistently late. I have to sit there and wait over 15 minutes, and when I text and call her during this time, she does not respond. When she finally shows up, she acts like it was me who was late, even after I showed proof of trying to call and text her, even verified her number with her, she still kept acting like it was me who was late, even wrote it in her report. I have no words to describe how I feel about their "professional" supervisor services.

So I am shopping for a good visitation agency and decided to leave my knowledge here about this one. I definitely won’t be picking this agency for my son’s supervised visits with his dad. Here is why:
My close and dear friend is having her child supervised by these people, and let me tell ya, the previous review is about right. I saw their reports and they are absolutely biased in favor towards the supervised parent, my girl friend’s ex and, of course, he is the one paying, hense the customer of such agency. The ex, or the father of the child, is abusive and extremely manipulative. Has a PO and multiple pending charges against him, for abusing my friend and her child.
One time my friend arrived 6 minutes early to pick up her kid from the park where the visitation took place and saw the supervisor sitting alone at a picnic bench in the park, staring at her phone for 5 straight minutes, no child or father in sight. This is so unprofessional, especially since the father has a history of kidnapping the kid.
In their reports the mom (my friend and custodial parent) is painted in a horrible light. These people do it intentionally. The dad sweet talks them (he is a good manipulator), and they ALWAYS score him 10 out of 10. And they portray my friend in a bad light so she looks bad to the judge when the time comes. It doesn’t matter what she says or does. She is extremely polite and respects the law and court orders. But that doesn’t matter to Visit Solution people.
Say no to these people.
I heard bad stories about visitation companies and this is one of them

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They constantly manipulate parents and disrespect court ordered visitation schedules to fit the visitations into the schedule that works best for them. Their reports are biased in favor of the paying parent, the one who is a significant safety concern for the child, otherwise there would be no supervised visitation for that parent in the first place.
They fail to communicate effectively, confirm appointments and provide supervisor name and contact information to the parent that drops off the child, which results in that parent being under the impression that the visitation would not happen as result. But then they mark that parent as “no show” in the report and fail to state that the situation was a result of their poor communication, lack of confirming the appointment and providing the custodian parent with visitation supervisor’s contact information. Their supervisor is consistently late for appointments and does not provide any apology for making people wait.
Very unethical behavior.
Take your business elsewhere.
