I worked here for the Wyoming Stock Grower's internship for controlling invasive species. I was sent out to control leafy spurge and Russian thistle. I had two years of spraying and different control methods for invasive weeds in Wyoming. I was still very new to controlling invasive species. I wanted to add to my skill of applying chemical and controlling invasive in Wyoming and Colorado. The experience of working with Larry Vignoroli (the owner) was less than mediocre. He did not want to teach an intern about invasive species. I was basically free labor for him. His "advice" when I finished spraying a field was always out of proportion or unreasonable. Larry constantly verbally abused me, which to keep it short, was mainly derogatory racist/toxic terms that were completely uncalled for. I hope no one works for this man, he is the most toxic and unreasonable person I have met. I have been through three internship programs that were great and have enhanced my skills in environmental science, but this had to be the most unprofessional experience. I hope this reaches the right people and this turns away the future employees of this ranch company. I rated this two stars because of Larry's only employee. Michael Valmer was the one person on this ranch that helped me enhance my pesticide application skills and was willing to help when he wasn't busy on the ranch. Larry Vignoroli does not run this ranch or do the financial documentation/finances of this ranch. Michael does all of the work while Mr. Vignoroli is inside his home complaining to whoever he can call on his phone. Sorry for the long review, but it was necessary to show how toxic Larry is as a person and how lazy he is at running his own ranch.
