Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Was told one week for my compression garment, scheduled a test for 2 weeks later, no word from Compass about the garment, I had to call them, countless times, finally they call me after 2 phone calls, by me to them, today (my procedure that I need it for is at 6:30am on Monday) they tell me it is in. I live 40 minutes from them and have an appointment in Kentucky at 5:30..I keep my appointments. There is no way I can make out there, get fitted, make it to Kentucky in Friday afternoon traffic. But they received payment already. Lousy service, lousy company!
