Brian Faucher
Brooks is a terrible condo management company. The owner David Axberg is useless, he literally never responds to emails, i'm genuinely not sure if he knows how to. I have a maintenance request outstanding for over 100 days, with no response from him, despite numerous messages. The annual condo meeting is literally everyone yelling at him asking him to do his job, and he has nothing but excuses. Do not use them for any condo management!
