Was in the restaurant this morning with my family, a female customer came is to and addressed the waitress about item missing from her order, the manager was brought up to approve the replacement instead he approached with profanity and unprofessional attitude the customer never raised her voice or listed her composure, the manager was screaming at other customers who told him he was rude , insensitive, and totally unprofessional. Why is he still there? This is the second time I've visited, that he show his behind, I just realized he was the manager, which was confirmed by another employee, that was clearly tied of his dramatic rants, please deal with him accordingly, several customers walked out, I have been coming for 10 years, but I will not return, until he is corrected on his bad behavior.
