Matt Andersen Painting is not as reputable as Matt Andersen leads a consumer to believe. After the 4/9/13 hailstorm, my house and roof was damaged. The contractor I trusted to put on a new roof advised me to use Andersen painting. Supposedly Andersen painting was a class act, thorough, excellent painting company. Matt submitted the estimate and after a few phone calls of encouraging him to meet with me, he did. I told Matt that the prep work of painting was very important and he said they knew how to properly prep. The spray painting job was done in a few hours when I was not home. Matt never even was at my house during the painting process nor did he stop by to inspect it. I was disappointed with the paint job; areas were not sanded that I requested, small areas were skipped with the spray painting, the nails were protruding and a couple small spots were already pealing within a couple of weeks. I finally got in touch with Matt. We met, went over my house and he admitted that the work was not up to his standards. By this time it was to cold for a proper painting so we agreed to wait till the spring of 2014 to repaint the areas needing it. After many phone messages and emails, Matt finally came over to finish the painting job. He came over, presumably finished the painting, and left. There are still areas where he did not finish the painting. Matt won't answer my phone calls, return messages or respond to emails. I do not recommend Matt Andersen painting.
