Manager doesn't do anything...laundry room is always horrible, super dirty washers and dryers are always full of dusts smelly sticky..no maintenance at all..resident complains and requests are never done by the manager, he just wants to live at this apartment for free with his family, always takes care of his unit but not others. and he is too busy doing out side work and his wife is too busy taking care of their sons. whenever the owner comes, he pretends like hes doing the work, very much kissing owners ass, his name is joey. says he is also a pastor, but never does anything good for apartment! very incovenience
