My recommendation is to call Eddie's Towing. My wife calls AAA because her car won't start. Roy's driver shows ups, tests the battery, and tells her it will take 2 hours for him to charge the battery for her (this, of course, is a lie).... or she can pay him 118 for a new one. My wife calls me and tells me this. I call Roy's Towing and tell their dispatcher to call his driver and tell him to jump start the car because the battery is under warranty (it's a 2012 vehicle with 6 months left on the 3-year warranty). Instead, the driver successfully manipulates my wife into letting him install the new battery. Then he leaves, taking the old battery core with him, so I can't even take the core back to get it replaced under warranty at the dealer. Now he wants $16 for the core after screwing me out of it. Next call is to AAA. These guys are thieves.
There are better options in the area. Tell AAA anyone but Roy.
