THEY ARE PART PRICE GOUGERS! I ASKED TO SEE THE PRICE THAT THEY PAID FOR THE PARTS AND WAS TOLD "NO"! THEY CHARGE 3 TO 4 TIMES WHAT HE PAYS FOR THE PART. I SENT HIM THIS LETTER AND HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THE STATE OF FLORIDA ABOUT THIS ILLEGAL PRACTICE.

We brought our truck in to get an alignment and had to bring truck back not even two days later to get another alignment because the first was done incorrectly and come to find out so was the second. The alignment was done incorrectly and the front tires bowed in to where it messed up our caliber and locked our front brakes up. We found all this out from another local body shop that asked us where we got our alignment from so we went back to Rays and told them what happened and their response was the guy that did our alignment is no longer there but thx for telling us. No offer to fix what they messed up so now we need new brakes, new caliber, new router along with new front tires...I personally would not recommend this place to.
