The Master Instructor and Owner, Ken Smith, oversees all instruction. Ken Smith has a 5th Degree Black Belt (Master Rank) in Tang Soo Do and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. Using time tested instruction methods, the Master and other instructors at Emerald Karate offer quality instruction that improve the physical fitness, self confidence, discipline,and, above all, Martial Arts skills of their students.
