Recently we have expanded our menu to include traditional Basque "pintxo's", pronounced 'pinchos'. Pintxo's are very common in the Basque region and are usually consumed in taverns accompanied by local wine and beer. In keeping with the true Spanish culinary tradition of our restaurant and tapas bar, we have added Pintxo to our name in order to reflect that we provide our customers with a complete authentic culinary experience from the various regions of Spain.
