I have never been so misinformed in all of my life! ArtRich is ONLY about the $$, staff chooses what to tell you & when to tell you (which was always after the fact). In today's economy, many families would benefit from knowing EXACTLY what they get & how much it'll cost. I paid almost $260 & what did I get?! 1st, I was able to view a cheap portfolio pkg of 13 proofs of my child in 3x4 size that you return when placing your order. You'd think that a place like ArtRich, you'd get to see proofs in at least 8x10(even 5x7), esp since your told "look at the proofs closely so that you can imagine what a larger picture might look like with smaller details enlarged". 2nd, when I picked up the proofs, I was told ONLY THEN I had to pay the remaining bal of $160; REQUIRED MINIMUM order for the traditional session (for which I hadn't ordered yet); just to take home the proofs to review. 2 days later I finally received a postcard advising me of this. 3rd, when I placed my order, I told them I couldnt spend any more due to the outrageous prices, I was told that if I had wanted a basic pkg, I could have had my session fee credited towards it (although their brochure states the session fee is nonrefundable & cant be used towards the purchase of pictures). I was never given an offer of a basic pkg until then. I had no options but to order the 2-5x7 & 4-4x3 (I beleive was the size) with her yearbook photo pick. If I wanted to use a different picture it would have cost me another $20! RIP OFFS
