I had completed making my Greek Spinach Pie for an Easter dinner last Sunday . I always use the Athens brand because it is user friendly. I don't have to fight with it , it comes out of the package ready to be handled. Well, someone inadvertently turned on a heat source under the glass lasagna pan. POW ! The creation was spoiled due to glass strewn everywhere. I could only go to the supermarket and try to find something close to the spinach pie. I can't tell you how delighted my small town Shaws store catrred your Spanokopita. I bought 3 boxes. I rushed home and baked them just in time to travel to our Easter dinner destination.Thank you for saving the day. The 36 were all eaten so I'll continue to remember how you helped meo ut of what could have been a disaster!
