It says a lot about a company and what kind of people runs the company. On August 19th @ 5 AM you guys decided that it would be a great idea to blare the high frequency noise like they use in concentration camps to break detainees down or they use the same noise to deter rats among other pests. I guess that was your way of chasing well me out of the PUBLIC street that you do not own. Blared the noise for over an hour.. what genius came up with that idea? Matter of fact I saw one of your people driving up and down the streets laughing his head off. (The dark grey truck) I am sure all of you sat in the office just thought it was the funniest thing ever!! I am glad to have brought such enjoyment beginning of your day. I look forward to the same again I'm sure tomarrow morning,,, what you don't seem to realize is that the parking enforcement officers you guys put up to citing tickets day after day or your minor discomfort really means nothing,, I can assure you that I am much more resilient than others because I'm not mentally retarded, hooked drugs or alchol. As you think all of "us" are,, I am not stupid nor am I lazy. Uneducated dumb &&$@ who is going to tolerate your childish attempt to belittle my existence based on what your pre conceived notion of who you may think I am, can not be further from the reality.
