I recently tried to reduce cost by ordering my vials from this supplier. What a mistake. The vials are of extremely poor quality. Additionally, their sales manager, Tommy, is incredibly rude. He was rude and unprofessional to my finance department, which is made worse by the fact that it was his mistake he was mad about. The exact words he used in an email to the woman in our finance department was "freakin ridiculous". Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company. Update: After I informed Tommy that we would no longer be ordering product from him, this was his response: Tommy Tavolaro <[email protected]> Wed 12/30/2020 11:40 AM That's fine Bradley have a nice life somehow I will survive without your business and your $200 orders in the $10 million dollars I do yearly.
