I dropped off a package on 8/8. I had my package properly packed and had printed my shipping label. I came in at 9am and two women were at the front desk (so there is accountability). I had a two day delivery label prepaid. The lady working said at 1:45pm you may start tracking your package. The manager was also present. I had the package weighed because my prepaid label was set for a certain weight and after they weighed my package it was a bit over in weight. I asked if that would be an issue and the manager said no, the prepaid label will be adjusted and the shipper will pay the difference. It's now 8/10 apparently my package never got scanned by FedEx. It seems like it just disappeared. I just contacted the owner of the company because the manager was no help. She said I don't know what happened to it. This was an important package going out. At this point no one seems to know anything. I will not change this review until this is further investigated. I hope this package is found and I can remove this review. I would NOT send any packages out of this business. It seems like a package has just vanished .
